At Geva – Signage Project Management we offer our clients more than just signs – we offer an overall solution, ongoing support and assistance at every stage of the project, from the initial idea all the way through to completion.
As signage experts we understand the details required for the project’s success and offer a comprehensive solution for all the company’s branding and signage needs, nationwide, on schedule and within the budget.
Certain signs require straightforward design and installation, whereas others require permits, complicated installation, reading complex technical blueprints, supervision and maintenance.
General consultation, building a concept, basic and initial design, if necessary -selecting auxiliary teams, architects, engineers, graphic designers etc.
Preparing an estimate that includes design, production and installation, auxiliary installation equipment costs, cranes and other equipment for working at heights, lifting and digging.
Although we do offer turnkey production services, we can also prepare projects for tenders and to that end, locate suitable suppliers who meet the requirements, manage the tender processes, bill of quantities and select the winning contractor.
Designing the signage system in the appropriate marketing language, while taking into consideration space limitations, licensing, preservation, site conditions, specifications and budget. During this stage, we work with the customer and define the target audience and the objective of the signage based on their vision.
This includes coordinating between the project’s various service providers – finishers, contractors, communications and electricity infrastructures, streamlining the project’s execution while supervising the quality of work, execution, production and installation processes until full completion and delivery of the project.
This stage including account completion, examining the signs, checking their integrity, quality and control, checking compliance with specifications, obtaining the permits and licensing, having the engineers and consultants sign off on the signage, and final delivery to the customer.
